Cumbia is run by Salvatore and Julietha Burgos, sharing the flavours, music and colour of South America with Adelaide. Take a look behind the pan.
The name? Cumbia is a dance-born music genre that spread right across Latin America, warm, generous and a little bit loud. That same spirit is what we cook and pour with every day.
